Highschoolers Inspired Us to Make a Video
June 7, 2013
After serving as a judge for both the FIRST Robotics Competition and the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), we were inspired by the entrants to provide some simple, intuitive explanations of some advanced topics that they may encounter along the way. We've recently published Aliasing in Sampled Systems on YouTube to provide an intuitive introduction to aliasing without having to wade through the advanced math usually used to describe the phenomena.
We've added a Video section to our Publications page with a link to the new tutorial. This will complement the articles in our Technical Blog on dsprelated.com, which are aimed at an audience with more exposure to the basics and mathematics of signal processing than the typical highschool student.
